password not saved fix

on a win2k machine, for outlook 2k
went to registry to delete key(s) under the 'protected storage system
folder'
but its a little different and wanted to check here
i dont' get any 'permissions' under edit or right clking the 'protected
storage system folder'
i've got one subkey folder
i'm doing this in an admin acct
should i just go ahead and delete that subkey folder with the
s-1-5............. name anyway??

For Windows 2000, you have to use REGEDT32 to modify registry permissions.
