Password lockout

My father locked himself out of the admin account by loging in to his user account without changing the admin account after install. I have no idea what the default password is but I NEED to into tha admin account to install a PDF reader for him. I REALLY don't want to have to reinstall 2k, could someone help me? Does anyone know the default password? Or an I hopeless?

There is no "default password" - if there was then
there would be no point in having passwords . . .
Use this disk to reset the password to a blank:
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/bootdisk.html,
then start planning ahead and create a second admin
account whose password you lock away. You don't
have just one set of keys for your car, do you?
