Password for hotfix kb885443 does not work

Hi,

I downloaded the hotfix patch for kb 885443 and the passwords provided in
the email does not work. I've tried copy pasting as well as manually typing
it in. What should be my next step?

Call Microsoft support. They shouldn't charge you for the call.
