windows xp hotfixes exe files

hello dear helpers
i have downloaded most critical update patches named as
hotfixes
starting with kb_.... offered by microsoft.but i found
problems with my pc and need to format my hard disk.now
my question "how can i find the exe files which i
downloaded & installed on my windows & copy them on CD
using my writer .i live in iran and as u know internet
connection speed in our country is low so downloading
again these hotfixes takes too much time
please help me . where can i find the setup files for
these kb patches on the internet & download them once for
ever.thanks

OK so the problem being is when you install the exe
hotfixes it extracts the new files which are being
patched and replaces them. Which is a very long list on
some of these patches. Therefore there is no magic
solution for you to find the files which you want.

So you next best option is to either download them all
again and stick them on a CD, though you say this is a
issue as you internet connection is slow. So the next
option, is to try and find the nearest Microsoft office /
place near you and contact them and see what they can
offer.
