Password Failure

My password no longer works in order to log on and my
hint in case I was to forget it no longer recognizes the
proper answer. Any way to regain access? Is this a
result of the latest worm?

Bob,

There is no known effect on passwords for the MS Blast
Virus. Check the usual suspects: Caps-
lock?, 'disconnected keyboard' etc.

The solution to recover your password is to call up
Microsoft Support. Call wait-times are going to be long
because support is drowned with MS Blast calls.
