Password Dissapeared

I can't log into Windows XP Home because my password is no
longer recognized. This is the only installation and it
has been working fine for about 1 year now. I know my
password, but the machine no longer recognizes it. Any
advice?
 
First, try to log on as administrator. You do this by
hitting ctrl+alt+del twice on the log on screen. When
the box comes up just type in Administrator as a username
and no password.
