Password expiry settings

Hi

Is there an option where i can say that user and/or the
password expires at a particular date?

The user may expire after a certain duration and should
not have access to the database and the password should
also expire for current users so that they can change it.

Is there an automatic option which does that and gives a
dialog box for them to configure thier password again and
is there an automatic setting which deletes the user
after lets say 6 months?
