Password expired without warning

Hi,

No warning prior to Password change.
(the system is sat to 14 days=default)

- 1200 users
- The issue is not for all users
- many users have two PC's (one at home)

Do you have a hint?

if the users are running xp there is a problem with notifications for them
that is known. also if the home users are on a vpn there could be
notification problems for them depending on how they setup the vpn.
