Password errors

I thought I was putting in a very simple password to protect my Access 2007
database. Now I can't open any database, because it won't accept the simple
(4-letter) password I enter. I know it's the correct password and now I
can't open ANYTHING in ACCESS.

Does it say the password you are entering is wrong? If so, it is. Did you try
the caps-lock key on and off? You could have mistyped a character when you
set up the password. There are sites where you can download a password
retrieval program. Try Google.

It says the following, "Not a valid account name or password."

When I set the password (one I use often), I had to enter it twice, so it's
unlikely
I entered it incorrectly. And yes, I have tried the caps-lock both ways. I
have tried adding spaces before and after, etc. I was shocked when I first
tried it and it didn't work. There doesn't seem to be any reason for it not
to work. I installed and uninstalled Access even....still the same problem.

Hooray! Thanks for the advice. I found a password retrieval program and
learned that the LOGIN was incorrect. It was supposed to be Admin.

Thank you SO MUCH!
