password dialog box

I want to have the computer remember my login and
password. But only the FIRST time I enter a web-site
does it ask if I want it to remember my login and
password. How can I get the dialog box to ask me if I
want it to remember my login and password either 1) all
the time or 2) whenever I want??

It depends on the settings in IE, tools, option, Content tab, "AutoComplete"
