Password Changed?

I came back from the weekend and could
not access my administrative account...would
not recognize my password. When logging
on to a user account, I got a brief message
about the security log being filled and that
I needed to log on as administrator to fix
the issue. From that point on I could
not access the machine, though I could
start the Recovery Console using the
administrative password. Any ideas?
