password changed by an unknown source

I believe my password has been changed by an outside
source in outlook explorer. It is fairly simple and the
caps lock was not on, any of the twenty times I tried it.
I did try it with the caps on once. Is there a way I can
get it sent to my email account, or find out how this
hapened
 
If somebody outside got to your Email because of a simple password,
contact your provider IMMEDIATELY to have that password changed.
In the future do not use a simple password.
