Password Caching

Where can I find / delete where passwords are cached in
IE 6.0?

I have a user who is responsible for access & updating a
secure webpage. The password to the web page changes
quarterly.

The user can open and edit the web page on one
workstation, but not another. The user obviously has
rights to the page. I imagine the other computer has the
old password to the webpage stored. How do I get rid of
the saved password?
