I have a new, hardly used laptop HP with Windows Vista Home Premium.
Unfortunately My son forgot his Password.System is everytime
asking for Password on Safe Mode/With Networking and also on
Command.I have just no way to enter.I tried System Restore
sucessfully
dated 24th April 2009( Last Restore).
Even went through f8 and repair of computer sucessfully,I am always
asked about the correct password.I do not have another Setup

CD,since the laptop is original built in with all microsoft software
s.
I am in a fix Please guide me.

Hi, I think it's not a complicated thing. You can use some reset tool to solve it. This article below may help you.
How to Reset Forgotten Windows Administrator Password?
Hope it helps.

'New hardly used' and 'Last restore 24th April 2009'.

Does at least six months old qualify as new?

Am I being fernickity?

Do I suspect something amiss?

Being open-minded it is quite possible that the inquiry is completely legit.

And as such forum members will try to help.

But we get so many of these one post wonders the cynical side of me says we're being plagued by tea-leaves and villains looking for a quick fix for that iffy laptop the geezer down the pub sold them.

There, I've said it.

I could be wrong, I could be right, as Johnny Lydon once sang, but as I read these pleas for help I'm stroking my chin and casting a cynical mince pie... ;)
