Password after Hibernate

When I restart my computer from hibernate, it does not
ask for a password even though I have set a password. It
does ask for the password when it is started from a
complete shutdown. Is there a way to get it to ask for a
password after hibernation? I have Windows XP home
edition on a Sony PCV RZ-30CG desktop.
