I am trying to print a passport size photo with no luck,
help?

You need a template that will print an image
approximately 2" x 2"...the following freebie
can do that:

Download free ArcSoft PhotoPrinter 2.0 LE
http://tinyurl.com/ixmn

Once installed...choose Avery Templates / 3111

Left click the "Get Photos" button and browse to
the image you wish to print.

If the image does not fit the template...left click
the "Crop Photo" button.. and choose 1:1...
(you can left click / drag the image into the
correct position so your head won't be cut off)
Click...OK...

Now you can left click/drag the slider until it says:
2.0 x 2.0.

That should do it.
