Publish photos to web w/failure to recognize credentials

After choosing option in "my picture" to publish to web, I chose photos, aand
at "next" option of msn passport came up. I registered (and ultimately used
same registration to enter this discussion group) but continue to get message
that there is a problem with the wizard recognizing my credentials and after
one attempt at "back" the same response occurs and I am summarily dumped with
no other explanation or suggestions as to how to cure problem. Help!

When I send a picture from My Pictures I can only send it full size as as I
don't get the pop up asking me 'Make all my pictures smaller'.This facility
was here before I put the computer in for repairs and they don't know what to
do about it .
Any help would be appreciated. J>

Click on Start and click on Run. In the opening textbox type the following
command (or copy this command from here and then paste it in the textbox)
and press the Enter key:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL

If you type it in, note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...

This will take a second to run and you should get a success message. If this
does not work get back to us, you may have to do something more but usually
running this command will restore everything.
