Partitioning

I got only 1 hard drive and XP Pro is already installed, can i safely partition the hardisk and change 1 of the drive to a NTFS. if it can be done what s/w i can use to safely do it w/o lost of data.

a third-party partitioning program such as Partition Magic 8.

Acronis PartitionExpert would be another one.
