if you found the virus's, then why not delete them instead of deleting the
user account? It is unclear if you have a user per partition or simply a
main partition with several user accounts in it.
It is likely, that deleting the account will delete what you discovered, but
depending on the virus, it may jump onto another account, then another, then
another, etc.......
If you delete the account, be sure to delete the files and folders when
given the option....
