No useful info here at all. What exactly are you trying to do, and what errors do you receive?

Go to Help and Support and search on DiskPart - look at the article that
gets found (the one at the bottom with the capital P - DiskPart, not
Diskpart)

What are you trying to achieve? Mostly partitioning is done either in
the course of system setup, to delete an unwanted partition and/or make
a new one to install into; or else from the system itself, using Control
Panel - Admin Tools - Computer Management, select Disk Management

In the graphic, lower right, right-click in a partition or in
Unallocated space

Or else with third party software - which you certainly need if you want
to do anything non-destructively
