A Pareto chart is a bar chart where the bars are ordered (usually
descending). It let's you visualize the 80/20 rule which was described by a
guy name Vilfredo Pareto. I'm guessing you'll sort your data (usually
categories and counts) in the sheet and then create a bar chart. Read more

If you have installed the Analysis Toolpack, run Data Analysis from the
Tools menu, and choose Histogram. One of the options is Pareto (Sorted
Histogram). This assumes that the raw data hasn't been compiled into
bins yet.
