Parental Controls

I've asked this question before, but to no avail and thought I'd give it
another try.

Is there a way to utilize the parental controls in Vista (Ultimate) for IE7
when the computer and the user accounts in question are part of a domain?

I've had responses like "Sure, just have the users log in to an account that
is not part of the domain.", but that defeats the purpose of the domain, so
that's not an option.

Is there a registry tweak/hack to activate these features?

Currently this machine has Windows Vista Ultimate and Windows Live OneCare
and it's hard to believe that neither will give me such basic security!

Hello Scott,

To enable the Parental Controls control panel on a Domain-joined computer,
you will need to use gpedit.msc on the Vista computer.
Navigate to Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows
Components, Parental Controls.
In the right-hand pane, double-click Make Parental Controls visible on a
Domain and set it to Enabled.

Sorry, but the answer is still the same and is not likely to change.
Parental Controls is a consumer component. Group Policy is meant to handle
the policies for domain joined computers.

Yes, thanks. But, as I said, I need to be able to utlize Parental Controls
with domain user accounts and enabling the Parental Controls Control Panel
still does not allow for this, only machine accounts.
