Hi guys,
Recently I tried to play a Scorpions live concert DVD and was
prompted for a password which was related to parental consent. AFAIK my
pc was not set for that and I can even download porn movies without
being given such prompt. I would like to ask if its normal for
interwin DVD and even other DVD players to ask for such.
Another thing that surprise me, is I tried to use my administrative
user password for such but it was rejected. I would like to ask your
enlightment regarding t his matter.
TIA

Yes, DVD players can have the capability of requiring a password, if there
is parental control encoded onto the DVD itself.

Check with support at your DVD player/software manufacturer's web site
