Parental Block address doesn't work

Trying to set up parental controls at

http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/broadbandnetworking/10_c
oncept_parental_controls.mspx

doesn't work, because the website address given doesn't
exist:
http://192.168.2.1

What IP network are you using, and what IP address is assigned to the
broadband router? You need to use that IP address.

The website told me to go here:
http://192.168.2.1

but it doesn't work.

I'll try again tomorrow and read the instructions again,
but, even though I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed,
it should be easier, even for me.
