Parallel Install clean-up

Hi!
A while back, I performed a parallel install of my OS and I was wondering if
someone could tell me how to clean up my hard drive after this. I have a
WINDOWS and WINDOWS2 folder and I'm guessing there has to be more to it than
just deleting the folder that I'm not using anymore, right? Any help will be
greatly appreciated!
