You would need Paradox to read it.
You can find it at:
http://www.corel.com
look for Word Perfect Office (the latest is 12)
Professional and Student and Teacher Editions contain Paradox.

Install Paradox 9 or later, a Paradox-compatible database
application, or one that is capable of importing Paradox files, such as
Microsoft Access.
