palm usb driver

I recently upgraded from ME to XP Pro. My palm will no
longer HotSync. The system can't seem to find
palmusbd.sys file even though the palm support folks
swear it is on my CD. They say its a Microsoft problem
and out of their hands. Anyone else having the same
problem?
 
You must have Win XP SP1 installed. Then reinstall the Palm software to the
computer using the same drive/folder as the first install.

You should be using the latest Palm software which you can download from
WWW.PALM.COM.
