| Thank you for your reply. I have resolved the issue. There may be a
glitch
| in this program that requires that you save your password in the setup
tab.
| Otherwise it wont recognize the password if you enter it in the dial up
| screen. I have been saving all the passwords for the clients on the road
| and it seems to have taken care of the problem.
