How can I select and scroll left or right at the same time? I am trying to
make a selection that is larger than the Paint window and am unable to scroll
left or right to capture the entire selection. I can select and scroll up or
down using the mouse wheel. Thanks for your assistance.

How about Edit | Select All ?

Thanks very much for you reply. I was hoping that there was a way to directly
make a selection and scroll left or right at the same time as opposed to
having to piecemeal your desired selection from the whole. It's a lot of
extra keystroking when you have to repeat the same process a few hundred
times. If you can scroll up or down shouldn't there be a way to scroll left
or right?
