1. Put your Windows XP CD-ROM in the CD Drive.
2. Goto Start>>RUn>>Type "expand X:\i386\mspaint.ex_
%SystemRoot%\system32\mspaint.exe " (Replace X with your current CD-ROM
drive letter.
3. Reboot your PC and see if that helps.
