paint shop pro flickers

When users are in an RDP 5.2 session hook to 1 of 4 win2k
terminal servers running Paint shop pro, they get a slow
moving, flickering text when they try to add text to a
picture or diagram. I have know idea what this is, but it
only does it in an RDP session desktop and this is the
only application I have seen it on. Any help would be
appreciated.

The problem you see is probably due to the application
redrawing the screen constantly. Just remember, terminal
services wasn't made to work with graphically intense
programs. Those programs are better off run on a local
level and not over a network.
