Paint - Resize Photo

When I try to resize using attributes, it crops from the upper left corner
instead of resizing from the middle. I need to reduce the size without
cropping anything, so the photo has less KB. I have Paint that comes with XP
Home.

That's the way Paint works.

Changing Width and Height attributes...

Use a different program to resize pictures if you do not like the way Paint
does it.

IT is possible using paint but will mess up the resolution of the picture...
try downloading PIXresizer from thel ink below! BTW.. its free!

Also have a look at some of the serif software... there previous releases
are free to download at

They also have an image nd editing tool which I havent tried yet.. May do
the job for you!
