Pages Won't Load

Hi, I just bought a computer with XP on it and I've noticed that some pages wont load in IE so I downloaded Netscape to try and it says theres a time out error. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if anyone knows a solution

Java may not be installed on the new XP computer.

Check your Java Support
Found out what version you have and you should be able to get what you need.
