Pages not showing up

I am having trouble with explorer viewing pages that
contain content such as the webpage for windows update. I
get a blank screen with "Done" at the bottom. I also am
unable to view any of the selections in the drop down
list for the Knowledge Base Support area. The Help and
Support option from the start menu will not display
either. Any ideas?

I updated my subscription to Norton Internet Security
right before this happened. I also have yet to install
Service pack 2 since I cannot download it at the moment.
