web page coming up blank

A web page i a am trying to view comes up blank with a red cross in the top
left hand corner, i am able to view internet sites but am unable to view the
link on this site, any thoughts?

Maybe that page requires a plug-in such as Macromedia Flash, Sun JAVA or anything else.
