I am unable to view any web page as it says dls error in the bottom or
something similar but can send emails etc and connection is
fine??????????PLEASE HELP ME, i am running XP home edition and this problem
just started

Hi
1. See if you are able to browse through the Windows Explorer(window E).
2. if you are able to ping any websites from the command line
3. If you are facing this error only now then you may go in for Last known
good configuration or System restore

DNS error.

Click Start, Run, type:

netsh winsock reset

Press Enter key

Restart the system
