pages are different opened in FP

When I click on a web page that I designed through
explorer it looks different as soon as I choose to edit it
in front page. Why is it reverting to a previous design?
 
What do you mean " that I designed through explorer"? Didn't you design the
page within FrontPage? Or am I confused?
