Pagefile

I see people talking about making 8 gig pagefiles. How come i seem to only be able to make a 4095 MB pagefile? Is there something i'm missing? I would like to have a bigger pagefile on both my SBS 2000 server and my W2K Advance Server. Especially on my SBS server since the server monitor in my sbs console says that my pagefile is 90% used and should be enlarged. so if someone can help me make it larger than 4095 MB that would be great
