BSoD Hater

I am getting this message when I boot up. Does anyone
possibly know a solution. I have had MS errors coming up
as a driver conflict, and then it crashes. I know it is not
a problem with the HARD DRIVE or XP for sure. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
