PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA explain

whenever i enable my modem and log onto the web my comp.
shuts down and shows a blue screen the error message shown
are generally the following
IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL
or
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA
please help me solve the problem
