page width error

I have a report that gives me the following error when I
try to preview or run it:

"The section width is greater than the page width, and
there are no items in the additional space, so some page
may be blank."

In the design view, the page width is less than 7 1/2",
and when you print, it does give you a blank page between
every good page, as if the erport is too wide, but it
isn't. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply!

I checked, and cannot find any lines. I expanded every
section of the report, and did a Select All, and I still
can't see anything that is past 7" of the report.

I am a rank beginner, but when I had this happen, I did what you did and
none of my fields went beyond the page width minus margins. However, the
actual edge of the page in design view did. I brought it in, and all worked
perfectly.

As another replier said, please excuse if this is obvious. Being a new guy,
it wasn't to me.

Thanks for the suggestion. I brought the right edge of the
page in as far as it would go against the last field
(inside 7") and my left and right margins are .5, but I
still get the message. It looks like my only recourse may
be to recreate the report.

I found the solution:

In Page Setup-->Columns tab
Check the "Same as Detail" box

Now no more error msg!
