I have the following version of outlook:

Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.6568.6568) SP2
Part of Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003

All is working ok except for when I select print in outlook there is no
where that I can specify the page range. This means every time I want to
print an email I have to print every page of the email and cannot simply
specify the page I wish to print. If someone could advise me how to make this
visible it would be great.

You cannot specify a page range unless the message is in HTML. Plain Text
messages print out the whole email automatically. You can highlight, copy and
paste into your word processor if you can't edit the message and change
format to html. If it is in HTML, be sure to use File, Print on the menu
instead of the Print icon so you can select pages.

Hit forward if using word as the editor, print then close the message (to
cannel the forward).
