Page Numbers

I am trying to add page numbers to a handbook type document. The document is
set up so that there are esentially 2 pages on 1 page. I can add a page
number to one side of the document (the left side which would be page 1) but
I cant add page 2 to the right side and get it to automatically continue
through the rest of the document?

If you are using Word 2000 or above, use the "2 pages per sheet" option in
Page Setup, and you can treat each half of a sheet as a logical page,
including page numbers. If this is a booklet, use "Book fold" instead.

Use the following field constructions

For the Odd pages { = ({ PAGE } * 2 ) - 1 }

For the even pages { = { PAGE } * 2 }

You must use Ctrl+F9 to insert each pair of field delimiters { } and you use
Alt+F9 to toggle off their display.
