Page numbering - URGENT

When using Autotext for page numbering - "page X of Y" - my pages look fine
in print preview, but when printed, they don't work, it prints out page 1 of
1, page 2 of 2, page 3 of 3, etc.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP - CAN'T FIND ANSWERS IN MY BOOKS.

for a couple of possible workarounds.
