page numbering past page 82

Hi,
My document is 150 pages, but at page 82, resets to page 2. I have
Microsoft Office XP Professional, Version 2002. I have attempted to insert
numbers in the latter section manually at page 83 but to no avail. Can you
advise?

Basic advice: asking Office questions in a .NET programming group is

Here's how to find a discussion group for your Office application:

In the tree on the left, first open the English category, then open Office
and Desktop Applications.
In Office and Desktop Applications, find and open the category for the
application you are using (Word, perhaps?) and
find a group there to post in.
