Page not found in WinXP General newsgroup

I posted a question yesterday in this newsgroup Windows
XP General (7-22-04) between noon and 1. Today I went to
look to see if someone has answered the post
(optimization and disk defragment) I was able to go back
9 pages but when I clicked to go to page 10 this message
came up saying Page Cannot be found, page might have been
removed, name changed or temp unavailable. Problem:
Unknown Error -1. Why did this happen? and is there
something that I need to do?

Lon the problem is you are using the web based interface. This is a
very poor way of accessing the newsgroups and finding /searching
messages. Use a newsgroup reader. XP comes with one, namely outlook
express. Here is some info on how to set it up:

Thank you for getting back to me. This is how I have been
accessing the newsgroups, by searcing/finding page by
page. I did not know there was an easier way to access
the newsgroup. I will check out the info you provided and
set up a newsgroup reader. Thank you for your help.
