Page Not Found

A few days ago I installed the very latest update from Microsoft, now when I
go to certain websites and use the back button, I get "Page Not Found." This
is very frustrating. For instance, if I go to a company website and click on
their career page, I enter information for certain jobs, locations, etc.,
then click search. If the job is not what I want, I hit the back button and
get Page Not Found. In sheer frustraion, I click it several more times and
it brings me back to the original page where I have to enter the information
all over again. This also happens on a professional blog I run as well.
After I submit a post, I get Page Not Found.

I'm not computer savvy, could someone explain to me as if I were 5 years old
how to fix this problem?
