Page Not Displaying Fully

I am having problems viewing a certain web page. It is
not the site itself as I can see it ok on other
computers. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
 
It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.
