PAGE Not Displayed

Hi;

I have one remote user used dial up connection, all of a
sudden he can't browse Internet, there was an error
message "Page not Displayed......." All the website he
can't browse but before its working. He test already the
Internet Card to other Laptop, the internet card is
working. He used laptop and his IE is version6. Is there
any patches to be installed so he can browse again? And
also he can't send now an email using POP3 and SMTP.

The error message aso was "invalid Sntax Error"
