Are you letting Windows manage the size of the page file?

Yes I am. I think I messed something up when I was trying
to configure the network. I went back and disabled the
network connections that I had established, (which did not
work), and I deleted the bridge. In addition my CPU usage
will spike randomly to 100% while my page file usage
maintains 100%.
